Beauty Rituals: My Regular Skin Food

It is very important for us to take good care of our skin, we have to cleanse everyday and exfoliate for at least 2-3 times a week to refresh and deeply cleanse the skin. I am not a facial treatment type of person, I have not gone to facial salons and give myself a treatment because I know that I can buy facial cleansers of great quality in drugstores or beauty shops without having to spend hundreds or thousands of pesos for treatments.

On an everyday basis, I either use Andalou Cleansing Milk or Garnier Pure Active facial foam (I use this on days when I have breakouts). It's really important to cleanse your skin most especially before going to bed and you have your make up on, you don't want bacteria inside your pores causing those unwanted pimples and blemishes! Next is my Andalou Illuminating Toner to moisturize and tighten my skin, I use this before going out and before going to sleep to refresh/energize my skin.

For the things that I use 2-3 times a week, I have my Andalou Avo Cocoa mask(you'll smell like Nutella when you apply it!!) or pure lemon juice both for exfoliation. It's really essential to remove the dead and dry skin cells and it helps unclog pores (there are a lot more benefits so better exfoliate!).

Lastly, when the need arises I use hydrating masks or sauna masks to help moisturize and hydrate my skin on days when I lack sleep or turn in late.

But above all these products, the most important and essential things to do to have a glowing skin are: drink lots and lots of water, sleep earlier and complete 8 hours of sleep and always think of positive thoughts. I hope these tips helps! Comment below for the favorite products that you use.
